Random Photography Thoughts Shallow Depth of Field in Studio 2

Shallow is better, I am just say it… I think it adds so much to the story of an images, it brings the viewer into the sections of the images you want to focus on and the bokeh (soft out of focus area) just adds so much to the feel of an image.

Sometimes I think there is just too much in a image, and a shallow Depth of Field (DoF) lets you remove some of the information that might make an image too busy.

Hips, hands, chest, tummy and water drops, there is lots in the image but the shallow DoF effectively limits the focus.
